"Nike are set to launch another premium take on the Nike Air Max 90 Mujer, this time decked in exotic prints and a rather familiar colourway.Dubbed the Air Max 90 'Cheetah' due to it's similarity with the signature colourway from Kobe's performance line, the shoe features an unconventional mix of colour and exotic materials. The upper is constructed with purple faux croc, lizard and ostrich leathers, as well as black pony hair and perforated suede. This strange creation is finished with a white midsole with a Mint Green translucent outsole.

Each pair carries its own design motif, relating to different aspects of the annual tradition. The white of the Nike Cortez Mujer Baratas carries a reflective sugar skull pattern with colours of La Calaca, which denote the journey of life after death. The Air Max 95 bears a resemblance to a female skeleton figure, which is indicative of a happy afterlife, while the Cortez incorporates the four natural elements (water, air, earth and fire) which each hold a specific meaning behind guiding souls through to the afterlife.

With absolutely no signs of slowing down, the next silhouette to receive an official set of Swoosh Brand images is the iconic and influential Nike Air Huarache Baratas dressed in neoprene and its customary rubberized elements. Utilizing the primarily black aesthetic of the JDI capsule, an all-over Just Do It graphic can be seen on its underlay and throat, while orange gets ushered in on one of its heel counter, all atop a stark white midsole unit for contrast.

We just took a look at the White Adidas Superstar Baratas that features the iridescent Xeno shell toe design and now the same look will adorn the all-black iteration as well. Contrast is given to the shoe with the help of the Scarlett Red accents on the tongues and heel tabs, which happen to house the model’s signature “Stan Smith” text that’s written into a happy face motif.
