I always play every match and have sunken countless hours on multiple names. From the Madden 21 demo I was simulating the majority of Mut 21 coins those matches. This narrative doesn't make you care. It is so lifeless and corny. The characters are super unlikeable and this is coming from a guy who sort of enjoyed the 2k18 MyPlayer narrative and at the close of the day I simply do not care. I didn't want to invest myself in the narrative they had going on. The scenarios were unrealistic from it being a packed NFL arena for a high school country match or Snoop Dog only randomly on the area. It all just cries cliche and I usually still adore that kind of material but I just wanted to skip the cutscenes but I exposed myself through it. Your gameplay at the first stages doesn't even matter, you might be the worst soccer player ever and you still get 10 D1 offers at this point why even have me perform ? The game puts you back on rookie mode without the choice to fix so it turns into just chucking the ball up and pressing Y(or Triangle) and putting up +70 on everybody. I have never believed this univested at a career manner and this is the moment as it clicked that I am not enthusiastic about this match at all.
Football is my favorite game (I had been a college player and now coach school ball) and during my time on the trial that I didn't feel excited. I had super low expectations so that I didn't feel disappointed, I just felt nothing. I love this game and this is the only important simulation choice and I felt nothing. I have a couple hours left so that I might just test a little more but after my period is done it is done for good. I got duped into buying Madden 20 but maybe not this year. If you like the game, cool. As someone who knows football well and how the game works in real life this name doesn't do anything for me personally. If you prefer football anything beyond a casual fan I can't recommend Madden 21 for you. It's so sad that this is what we must work with. Madden is an ideal example of what a monopoly does to the quality of a service/product. The pub is set low by them and every year is a"measure in a brand new direction". Every year I feel like the child in the back of the car asking"are we there yet" on a road trip, but we aren't even half way fucking there. Thank god I just got the trial.
This along with all that I'm seeing on buy mut coins madden 21 both r/Madden as well as r/MaddenUltimateTeam cements me on not buying Madden for the first time because Madden 05 at least until the new consoles come out. I do play MUT and've spent quite some time in it that the past 5 decades but because the MUT team gave up earlier in the summer that I watched how much I really didn't enjoy this manner, just craved constant upgrades and content. To observe that the 6-7 bullet points they had been adding to Franchise along with nothing else broke my heart.
