I did get the beta, so I’ve played through a number of the acts already. However, there was three acts I hadn’t seen, and the majority of new skills and balance tweaks that have been new to me. Until now, Path of Exile had four acts and three difficulties. You completed some acts on normal, you then did them again on cruel, after that third time on merciless.

This is often a very standard means for many loot-based RPGs to approach end game, and means that you’ve got a top enough POE Currency level to handle the mobs and bosses. However, this expansion added six new acts, therefore you can “unlock” the finish game content a single playthrough. Make no mistake: Fall of Oriath is really a massive expansion, and it’s perfectly done.

Act five is entirely original content–brand new maps, mobs, everything. Acts six through ten are essentially “corrupted” versions of the site https://www.mmoah.com/ acts one through five.

The story is very different, lots of the maps will vary, so you won’t cross them much the same way. There are also entirely new bosses, along with mini-bosses from the new acts. But additionally, there are quite a few areas which are taken directly from the first acts.
